Precision spot welders
and simulators

INPRO precision spot welder (TÜV-tested)

To allow for thermal conduction, INPRO has selected the finest possible thermocouple wires, of dia. 0.5 mm and dia. 0.8 mm. To improve durability, diameters of less than 0.5 mm should be used only in cases in which rapid temperature changes are to be measured, or the object to be measured has a low heat capacity. Thermal conduction must then be kept particularly low.

Original TÜV attestation:

“We hereby confirm that the INPRO TE V90 thermocouple precision spot welder can be used without reservation for welding of NiCr-Ni thermocouples with diameters of 0.5 and 0.8 mm to ferritic, austenitic and Ni-based materials without preheating.”

INPRO RS 12 controlled-system simulator

AD Code HP 7/1 and Section 8 of the KTA standard require the performance of a function test after every movement of any mobile heating system.

This mandatory test must include the temperature-measurement system, control and regulation, programming, and also the display, operating and control elements. Up to now, it has in some cases been possible to perform the necessary testing, calibration, adjustment and cleaning work only in the context of a trial annealing operation, since the data necessary for the function test could be generated only in this way.

The INPRO RS 12 controlled-system simulator offers the following advantages:

  • No more time-consuming manual setting-up, since trial annealing is electronically simulated.
  • Annual energy consumption should not be forgotten, since the function-test program requires at least six hours.
